Chairman’s Message
Losing my father to a head injury that could have been treated if there had been a neurological center or hospital in Azamgarh, shocked me into the realization of the shortcomings of the medical facilities of my hometown. Determined to rectify the gap, I pursued my Masters degrees in Neurology with the ultimate aim to open a hospital in my home town. By God’s grace and by the blessings of my father, I, Dr Shishir Jaiswal have realized my dream to offer world-class medical facilities at the most affordable rates with the establishment of Vedanta Hospitals.
My brothers and my family have extended every support to turn my dream into reality. Together we chose the name Vedanta because Vedanta teaches profound humanity through the four yogas of meditation, knowledge, devotion and service. Our goal is to ensure that each Doctor, Nurse, technician or any other person employed has the requisite knowledge, an unfaltering devotion and a sense of service to ensure that each patient walking through the doors of Vedanta receive medical care that is the best in the world and warm human contact that makes them feel at home. For all of us at the hospital that is true meditation.
Vedanta Hospitals will fill the gap of medical treatment required by the people of Azamgarh and its neighboring areas to provide quality care at affordable prices. I have made a promise to myself to provide hygienic and full-equipped consultation rooms, operation theatres, waiting areas and other rooms. It is my aim to ensure world-class medical facilities, state-of-the-art medical equipment and well-qualified and trained personnel and quality medical care is provided at affordable rates to all those who come in for treatment.
We will hire only the best professionals to treat patients entering Vedanta Hospital. Our endeavor is to become a name that is synonymous with patient care and therefore, all doctors, nurses and other medical professionals working with us will have information about the latest drugs and will be aware and familiar with latest diagnostic techniques. They are also required to have the knowledge to handle medical and surgical methodologies and requisite experience to handle all kinds of patients.
